Alarm bells ring when some caring stranger drops by to save us all from ourselves.. If you don't think it's a good buy, then don't. If you have something constructive to add, please do. If you wants to ramp either way, then save yourself the time and don't bother.

The deal definitely fell through. You can sugar coat it however you want, though.

I will agree with other things you mentioned, yes the CR @ 0.22 is probs better.
