China Southern Rare Earth Group stops production in October

One of the largest rare earths producers in China has stopped production for the whole of October in a move that is aimed at both bolstering the market and reducing pollution levels in Beijing ahead of the National Congress.

China Southern Rare Earth Group, the leading middle and heavy rare earth producer in China, has stopped production for the month of October.
