Yes, and imo the casino application is a dead duck. It's nice to have and they'd have it if it was free, but their error rate probably isn't high enough to warrant it as an error checker and they'd have staff walking around who would notice who to comp. All businesses want to keep their costs down and I doubt this product would be high on their list of things to spend money on as it doesn't solve an existing need, like "how can we reduce this high dealer error rate?" And "we aren't doing a good job choosing who to comp, we need a software solution". No sales after this long except to ones who didn't pay much for it as a market starter = no demand for this product application. Let's move on.
