    My last post was a cut and paste from the Australian Yacheng and here another one

    KERRY Stokes is starting to show signs of a strategy with the piles of cash sitting inside his Seven network.

    If his talks with regional pay-TV group Austar are successful, Kerry may soon have leverage to huge chunks of the available wireless broadband spectrum.
