    On the 16th of august, MFS withdrew its discussions with CIY due to market instability. Discussions were rumoured to be in regards to the purchasing of CIYs morgage business, and were appearently close to reaching a deal.

    As we see markets stabilizing can we expect to see these dicussions reopened?

    with those discussions due to the present conditions in the financial
    markets and uncertainty as to the availability of capital.
