Just reread the announcement for the third time. It says that we are not walking away from the offtake, and QQ requested it. As the raise was done due to the DD being terminated (not the off take) then I wouldn't think there is any incorrect info to discuss.
QQ trying to save face, we said no. They are buying our battery grade LCE at cheap prices in hindsight so this isn't about the offtake.
I have complete confidence in the pathway to production and if QQ don't buy it, you can bet any number of our old MOU partners or a new company will want in and pay a higher price.
