I am curious if the investors can back out of the $15m placement ?(If this took place already) I'm sure we will find out soon. I don't see it as entering into an agreement with false information (I feel like all information would have been presented and disclosed, they should have known about the risk-- IMO and see the long term potential of the company. The Q deal is not 100% of the table yet and not fully void AGY has not accepted the termination request and it sounds like AGY was only notified today. I can't imagine it being so easy to exit an agreement but as others have mentioned once a new player comes on board I'm sure AGY will gladly hasten the process. This will be a delicate situation for sure and i don't think the market will react very well to the cloud of uncertainty atm, management have their work lined up.
