It is fully funded for the next stage of development is it not? and has a clear plan going forward. Do you believe the 'sophisticated investors and institutions' would not have considered this scenario apart of their risk management after the DD was not extended? I don't.
Do you honestly think no one will step in QQ's place? And I have no doubt they will raise the $2M in the next SPP, it will be over-subscribed. These things do not suggest to me that it is a company that has 'uncertainty written all over it'. In fact cutting QQ off when they did suggests they are trying to stay ahead of the game.
