As I said in an other post , this CR will be investigated by ASX and obviously no-one can predict the outcome of that investigation. BAL , undertook a CR to purchase a packing facility with Chinese approval . All information was correct at CR. Not long after the CR was completed , the Chinese withdrew the approval . With discussions with the ASX and because the CR was used for a specific purpose , the purchase of the plant , BAL had to offer all participants their money back.Was not a real problem as the SP was trading at a premium to the CR price. If AGY SP drop below the CR price of 22c , which I feel likely , then this then becomes a mess quickly.
