I have been very successful over that last year making 600k profit. Thought I might share some simple secrets.

TRANSITIONAL MINING STOCK
Firstly I operate on the assumption that other people are more intelligent than myself. For example when a company has loan approval for 70million to start mining thats when i jump in and buy. I presume the banks will not lend $70 million or even $2 billion to a company without good research. This has worked and given me profits of 200% plus.

SPECULATIVE
If I invest in speculative stock, I try to find stock that has a resource value that is equil to its market cap. In other words the value in the share price is backed by a resource. This tends to reduce the volitility of the share price and allow me to exit without a loss.
Good manangement. A good area and ground. An understanding of future metal prices and the cost of mining if the resource is large. eg how deep is it, infrastructure transport.
