How is anyone so worried about this...we just had a massive CR by very large investors. Im still at work so will look in to it further later... but the term blood bath?? Seriously...cue down rampers...NOW!
The company also said this as per the ANN
"
The Company intends to advise Qianyun that it will not accept the termination request and
intends to engage in discussions with Qianyun in the near future. The Company maintains its
position that, until they are validly terminated or amended, the Off-Take Agreements
announced on 17 August 2017 remain in effect and are not conditional on completion of
the Placement Agreement and do not confer termination rights on Qianyun without cause"
We also had 3 other MOUs in place prior this agreement...Ppl forgetting that already?
Im willing to bet AGY had concerns QQ might go forth with their plans...
Question: are management selling there shares in AGY? NO!
AGY are still fast tracking this baby to the stars!
If this drops to what ppl are suggesting and thats a big IF then we all have a 2nd chance to get super rich and for a great reaon.
