He is likely holding up loose fitting pants while jogging behind the slower female who he likely knows otherwise he would have just gone around her and left them behind, the other young woman could be an older sister family members go to concerts together all the time. there is some resemblance but they are clearly different. They also may have been out off the danger area and were just jogging to get further away from the scene.
