A 2 or more day TH/SUS will allow the company to go to plan B or C for a OT agreement and help those those have already participated in the latest raising feel more secure in their commitment. The $2M SPP would most likely fail if the SP fell significantly below the 22c.
More breathing space for the company to lock in a new deal for all concerned.
