Freeze-up

It looks like Beringowsky Port is not frozen up yet because temperatures are still above 0c
and it requires sustained temperatures sub -2c to freeze seawater and with tide movements
that could be much lower.

With a bit of luck port ship access may be OK to the end of the month .

The proposed new port further  south is in deep water and will be a 12 months/yr shipping port.
