    Correct - and it's an opportunistic and poorly advised claim given that he has already signed off on a Deed of Settlement and Release. His lawyer must be on something very odd!!!

    Directors that have almost taken the company to its knees now trying to stick a wrecking ball through it and most likely, lawyers who are simply after a fat fee.
