Yes indeed, questions should be asked, such as:
-why did AT take a stake,
-why did Bacchus agree to receive his fees in defending LPD from a hostile TO in the form of LPD shares,
-why did the engineering company which is now designing the LMAx plant agree to receive its fees in LPD shares,
-why would an executive who built a penny stock company to become a $2 billion company when taken over use his time building LPD,
-why did Avalon Adavanced materials in Canada aligned its Separation Rapids to LPD, to provide the raw materials,
-why was LIT so desperate to attempt a hostile T/O of LPD
............finally one has to ask himself, why am I not at least investing a bit of my money in something the very people and management I trusted with my money have invested in and gained 50-100% in one day

The confidence of AT and others in LPD is certainly encouraging. This could be a great game-changer for GXY, which was already set for a stellar future. But execution is everything, which AT doesn't need reminding.
