    My understanding is that the anticipated announcement will be about Harrington submitting an application to the FDA. If this is correct, why is this such a big deal? Surely its just an administrative hurdle and shouldn't push up the price. FDA approval will be the big one, but I just don't understand all the action right now.
    If anyone can explain it to me I'd be very grateful.
