I know the AQQ /Aphrodite part of that company quite well. A decent resource just north of NST, problem is refractory nature of the ore. SPI is mostly an exploration play. Not much in commom with NST history if to ask me.

What you want to look for is a tip top young management team with solid mining/geology backgrounds. People who embrace innovation and operational excellence like NST do. Then they need a promising project with good economics and the financial backing to develop it. Not easy. In the end it all comes down to the skill and imagination of management and the board. Average deposits can shine with a great team and great deposits can underperform in the wrong hands. NST is one of the best in the global gold business, hard to beat really, but if you want to throw the dice on something small with a chance of a bright future, my suggestion is to take a look at EGA, seriously undervalued IMO.
