I wonder what the delay in the BFS is ? Whether they are waiting on Outotec to finish the design and costings or whether they are waiting for prices of rare earths, zirconium and Niobium to rise to strengthen the BFS.
It does seem like they are now depending more on the likelihood on government finance with other finance options proving difficult. The concern is the wheels of government never spin fast.
Anyway I am looking forward to the BFS or if not when is it likely to come and what is causing the delay.
