The trouble is, directors KNOW that the market likes transfers into superannuation funds, and the buying of shares by directors. So they have a means of artificially inflating the share price, should they wish to pump and dump. I'm not suggesting this is GRK's idea, but I'm sure less scrupulous companies have done so. My suggestion is to look and see how much the directors are buying/transferring. If it's a piffling amount, ignore it.
