That is what i have been trying to understand from the start. It seems TAT is not in commercial use in any drug, is thast correct. If that is so then tbe whole thing is academic as it becomes a whole new class of compound that has to be trialled all the way to phase 3 before there is any possibility of commercial success. At the moment best case is finding a rich partner with enough interest to fund the trials for a piece of the cake. I guess that is what we are all waiting for.

Would be much better if we were waiting for a deal on something already approved, just improved 100x. I assume even if we partner with an existing drug to improve its efficiacy by entering cells with our fpp it would be treated as a new drug due to the change in delivery?? Not sure if is correct. I am just assuming everything has to be re tested due to changed delivery method. I guess it is still easier if conjugating a known safe drug w ith fpp though. The problem with imyc is both fpp and imyc are untested in humans currently so miles away.
