They would only have dipped below the threshhold as the volume of shares traded wasn't big enough. Not sure why they would sell so soon after buying but hey it's not for us to understand their "magical box" investment techniques.
CCE will probably see some more selling from those who took up cheap shares but I believe it's an excellent buying opportunity with commercialisation to start making $$ next year.
