All of Kate's judgments on reinsurance, risk and continuous disclosure have eventually been called out.
Now SUN seem to be outsourcing legal, I guess if you get legal close to 100% wrong and make a constant mess of it, outsourcing it is one option.
Not great tho, increases risk having limited in-house legal, expensive too.
