Ann: Market update - gridComm, page-22

Hi guys,

"Odin’s company securities will remain suspended from trading on the ASX until it issues a new prospectus and will also need to re-comply with Chapters 1 and 2 of the listing rules." - This means once NOM has been sent and a new prospectus approved we could end up trading again in anticipation for the RTO to go through.. Hoping ODN can re-comply with CH1 & Ch2 now this has changed....

This could create some upside as depending on the prospectus we can dial in on what the RTO is worth..
I have been advised from the ODN director he hopes November.. that was a couple of months ago though so an update would be much appreciated. I have called him twice now so anyone else feel free..
