Everyone has a different tolerance for risk. Wait for the ironclad agreements and you potentially miss the opportunity to buy in at a good price. For me I'm more than happy to take a punt based on MOU's and LOI's as they indicate positive, developing relationships with potential partners/customers. I get that this is still very much a spec stock and it may all come to nothing.
