    oh yes
    i picked QAD as a signals at 3.4
    just looked at the numbers of shares on issue ,
    then 3 weeks later i looked again and they issued 175 millions shares at 0.5 to retire a debt,
    well i tick it avoid
    today 4.2 cents, the only consolation, it has been no volume
    corporatescreeners
