Thanks. I thought that part of what we were trying to do at the moment was to validate the toxicoligy etc of our fpps. I was thinking anything that has pteviously not entered cells and now does would have to be verufied but maybe that is not the case with cell penetrating peptides?? I thought if there was no barrier then why is tat not aready in use, although maybe that is because no endosomal escape or if no one has found a practical use.
