I wouldn't say they are contriving but they certainly would have asked many many questions about many many aspects of EdenCrete Inc and very likely concluded that EDE wasn't an attractive investment over the past 12 months which has perhaps been vindicated as demonstrated by the slow sales, restricted Colorado production and seemingly no progress at Augusta Corporate Park.

Rather than contriving I'd say they've been patient and will get the better of GS.
