I think we'll see it measures more than tolerability. It is a more advanced vaccine than that used for the 1a study in breast cancer. It should produce a greater immune response. I'd expect to see nice results in that area which would make it a desirable target for drug companies or other biotechs. Why would you not take it up if it extended the patent life of an already used drug. If safety had been an issue, I think we'd have heard about it by now.
