On the surface the owners get nothing cause the concrete looks and feels the same as non Edencrete concrete. But deeper down the owners get double the life span for only a supposed 30% increase. I would rather pay 30% now than having to wait to pay probably close to that 30% increased amount when it is needed to be re done with non Edencrete concrete.
