    Anyone has idea about applying for government litigation fund?
    I believe the financial commitment to run this kind of case is the main reason why many this kind of cases not go to the court. For preparation for long term fighting, legal fund is necessary. Just for printings, it requirs the cost of almost tens of thousands page printing. For an individual small shareholder, it is really not easy.
