It would have been nice for the Gidgee mill to have remained in Legends control , given that it might have been needed for Bungarra .i have no confirmation but I believe it likely that Apex may have wanted it as a condition of doing the deal , so that they could fast -track setting up their BIox treatment plant and fast track the 3 Wilson's deposits into production & start processing the refactory (small partical) gold with the relocated Biox tratment plant .DO NOT forget that if you own Legend shares you will be a benificiary of Apex going into production .
