O i forgot to mention , if you buy the options you will have to exercize them in october BEFORE the Apex share distribution .There has been a slight legal technicality to sought out , it may be done in November , but you will need to pay up the 4 cents before the distibution , the company will advise when option holders, but probably October maybe november.The allocation is in the bag , because Apex has already issued it to Legend who will issue it to it's shareholders .
