If only SGH could be as clear and open as WTG.

The defence is extremely accessible written in the plainest of English without hiding behind legaleaze.
It is also quite illuminating for all investors.
No matter if you think you already know the events and time-line you will probably find it a great reference tome.

Just don't try to read it on a phone!
