Rectified in that they aren't up tending to cyclone damaged areas anymore but there is still only the 1 or 2 reps from Energex to check work which is the main constraint on conversions and expects the conversion rate to stay at or around average or perhaps a hit above. That's the gist I got from the email. I was very impressed that he answered pretty much the next day.
