MOUNT CANNINDAH COPPER-GOLD PROJECT

Diatreme Resources Limited’s wholly owned subsidiary, Xtreme Resources Limited (Xtreme),
is the holder of EPMs 14524 and 15261, tenements which surround the Mount Cannindah
Copper-Gold Project of Queensland Ores Limited (ASX Code: QOL, QOLO).
The directors of Xtreme have agreed to sell the two exploration permits to Queensland Ores
Limited for a purchase price of $150,000 cash and one million fully paid ordinary shares in
listed QOL. Funds realised through the sale will be applied as working capital in Xtreme.
