Got to be careful here.
KCN buyback of 10% doesn't just happen straight away. They have a two week grace period before they can start any buy back of their shares.
It seems that they only notified ASIC on the 13th Oct so that I assume is effectively the date.
IMO KCN are just trying to push SP up but theres little in the way of substance behind it
