Goblin,
Back again-times must be uncertain.
AOE, four times the sp of a year ago - sure it was 5 times at one stage - some dog.
Just look at the foundations being placed for longterm growth. So the price of the bluesky component of the sp has shrunk in this market, but everything except the sp is growing on track with managements espoused objectives and ambitions.
China signally last week it was prepared to pay market prices -perhaps USD10/GJ for LNG. Medium/longterm Chinese domgas prices must converge further -which will enhance the position AOE is taking there. Last weeks deals also increase the odds for Gladstone LNG. More deals in India I am sure.
Take a 5 to 10 year perspective and AOE is a strong buy imo. Short term there may, or may not, be further weakness.
