No probably disappointment with those expecting speculative SP reaction to announcement which may well ( appears) have already been absorbed in market price . Viz. Buy the rumour sell the fact.
However, the announcement effectively means MLX will be able to produce 40K Cu P/Y in addition to it's Sn for years to come. I.e. Now has tow big guns firing or flying on two engines not one, if you prefer the aeronautical allegory. In a rising Cu price environment allied to Sn strength that's gold (but don't quote me on the last).
