$300k is zippo. Just keeping up the lease costs money. Every govt department and council you can think of wants money from companies to do very little and take their sweet time to sign some paper work. Companies even need to lodge bonds for all sorts of things. Ive seen companies spend $2m doing nothing except spend it on flights and lunches. These guys are running a tight ship and have the cash to develop. No one would care if the govt just signed off as their job as expected last month. Everyone should not automatically assume its a company issue, after 25 years of this, govt departments are always the biggest hurdle and always will be. Not long now. dyor
