    if all of that was that easy, then nobody would invest in them. if you're going to attempt to make the units sound worthless, you need to come up with valid scenarios in which these things can happen.
    after reading the unit trust deed more than a few times, and emailing MG directly. seems to me the only way to buy the units back is either wind up the company, or sell the company. the change of responsible entity can only happen via a vote of the unitholders. MG cant just eject the trust.
    and if they paid no distributions, the shareholders would get no distributions.
