    i still believe the options will be in the money MM.

    I also like the idea of picking up leases in good locations with large neighbours. Just not impressed with how it is happening. GPN/YRR is paying far too much for what they are getting as it is mainly unexplored land with potential. The price being paid each time is outrageous imo
