Push and pull folks ... all the good ones go through this process (in my experience).
Slow and steady and if any correction eventuates it just creates an opportunity for me.
A well known o/seas fund is currently buying on and off market.
I'll put in another low ball offer tomorrow for more options just in case someone needs some funds for whatever reason.
