    What a load of horseshit! The reason NEA is not currently profitable is the strategic decision to expand into the US. If you don't like the strategy you should have sold more than 2 years ago!

    Newman's package is largely irrelevant to the economics of the company; if he delivers a viable US business that looks anything like the Aussie version we will all be millionaires (figuratively speaking)!!
