Without knowing what the NMS executive are focusing on a daily basis and to what degree, it is critical that the next 6 months play out correctly and set solid foundations and synergies. I think Lange needs to address this at the AGM, and give shareholders the opportunity to understand this transitional process. This current decline will be considered minor if the execution goes wrong, believe me. Why? Because the drive behind the company at the moment is how much potential exists with these acquisitions. Management have done well and strategically cannot be faulted. Perhaps with his experience at Schlumberger, Lange has established an excellent network. However where Lange hasn't proven himself is taking a business model from idea to reality. If this is achieved, then we will know how good this guy really is. I'm watching this space closely.
