SMURF and the boys love issuing themselves with free shares don't they - and a s&it load of them under the guise of 'Performance rights' . My view is when companies issue these, they need to also formally document to shareholders exactly what it was the employee did to deserve them - can anyone remember what was actually approved by shareholders back in 2015 and has anyone seen documentation by the Company that the KPI's were actually achieved - or do we just have the usual smoke and mirrors going on here !!?? E
