Is Mac bank selling responsible for fall in share price?

    I note the latest notice from Mac Bank on CTP share purchases and sales.  

    It would be interesting to know what's going on behind the scenes as it appears MIML has bought on behalf of clients on 13 & 14 September then MBL sells, on it's own account a week later on 22 September then from 4 - 12 October? I'm not suggesting impropriety as the companies are separate (except for SSN rules) but one would think an explanation is warranted for CTP to be recommended a buy one minute then a related company sells soon after?
