Gwil, not a problem - it's the least we can do in between flurries of exciting announcements from BLT management..

Let's hope the immunotherapy keeps advancing fast with or without need for resection.

Immunotherapy aside, a couple of months back there was that interesting but very pre-clinical info regarding hitting the cancer from a metabolic perspective - via doxycycline and Vit C shutting down the cancer's fuel sources, including the hijacked mitochondria.

Alongside that there seems to be a constant steam of inquiry going on regarding the micro environment in the tumor - specifically bacteria limiting the ability of the chemo to do its work. Here's one such paper put into Nature paper last week. I don't have the full paper but it's clear what the gist is.

Although the above two avenues need clinical proving before docs will prescribe, maybe worth bouncing off your oncologist to see if he sees any reason not to throw anti-biotics and vit C into the mix with your existing treatment. and if he see no problem then maybe it can't hurt trying it out in advance of waiting for the rest of the science to be validated.
