As you will see, the goals, commitments, promises and predictions made to shareholders at last year's AGM have for the most part not materialised in any way, shape or form (including the share price performance and management's predictions of a turnaround). And after reviewing the above summary and comparing this to this morning's letter from Marty, it made me realise just how incredibly far off course the Xped ship has drifted.

Personally I am gobsmacked at how little management has achieved over the last 11 or so months, particularly in reference to their 'Road To Success' and 'Pathway to Revenue / 2017 Goals' slides where they've so far comprehensively failed to generate any revenue from Xped's key technologies. This has been made worse by personal greed and the ridiculous amount of money (solely funded by shareholders) that has been spent over the course of the last 12-18 months. Is it any wonder that the market is now disillusioned and feeling extremely skeptical about what former and current management has to say.

With three of the four captains of this ship now effectively relieved of their round table duties (but still receiving onboard priority service in exchange for their unpardonable wisdom), I expect most (if not all) to abandon ship by the time their 71 year old 'independent' Chairman is forced to run this ship aground.

And if many starved passengers are left holding everything except anything of much value i.e. following a last ditch attempt to restock dwindling supplies at the nearest port, I do not foresee a happy ending to this tale. Thus it seems increasingly likely IMO that history will remember the good ship Xped as a vessel with much promise that was misguided by a bunch of sailors who were 'all at sea on land'.

GLTA and please be extremely wary of those who either seek to take more of your money at or near all time lows, and / or are planning to dilute your shareholding at the most inappropriate times using words like 'premium', 'bonus' and 'reward' - whilst spending your money like drunken sailors (without consequence) and suggesting that the 'value being added will translate in the SP'.

I have today joined a couple of dots myself.. maybe, maybe not.
I believe John Schultz will vote no to at least one resolution.
The reason why I say this is that I've suddenly realised that it was probably only the majority part of his shareholding that abstained on the perk for Athan vote at the EGM. Perhaps his wife or offsring didn't vote.
At the time I'd thought it could have been Chris Wood plus Ivan Ivanovic and someone else because John had more shares than the abstention vote.

But now I think it was John Schultz because he's no longer on the board.
Maybe that allows him to vote against?
