Joe public are yet to download it by design , company business strategy is to roll out to the industry practitioners first get them onboard , prove the success of the app and then the industry will drive the consumer retail market to download it as the next stage , access for now I assume is via DSA and then any commercial partners as they are signed
Similar strategy of roll out used for the glucose strips way back when
